Bonjour,

j'essaie d'utiliser les outils d'Acerobat en ligne, mais le message suivant s'affiche "Impossible de traiter la demande. contactez le service clientèle pour obtenir de l'aide".

    Does the error appear when you try to sign in? From the screenshot it looks that you are not signed in.

    Je suis déjà connectée avant d'essayer dutiliser les outils. Le message d'erreur s'affiche alors que je suis déjà connectée.

    Check your account online - https://account.adobe.com/security and end all sessions (end of the page).  

    I would first log in online and verify you can use it and then on the desktop.
