Impossible to download Adobe Acrobat on Macbook Air M1 Big Sur 11.4

Hi,

How can I use my licence on new material Mac Book Air M1 / Big Sur 11.4 ? 

I shouldn't be the same in this case, I guess.

Acrobat Pro runs under Rosetta 2 on the Apple M1

Why are you find it impossible to download? What errors are you encountering?

    Thank you very much John.

    Finally I could reach the support. They asked me to upload a software to clean all Adobes modules in my computer and the trys again. And it worked perfectly afterwards. So when there is this kind of bug, better uninstall propely first, all the old versions.
