Impossible to install acrobat pro 2020 on MacBook M1 with Monterey

Hello,

I have a new Macbook wit chipset M1 running wit OS Monterey. I don't arrive to install Acrobat Pro 2020. I arrive to install the application but it doesn't start. To start, first, it open acrobat licensing application, a screen arrive where it's written :

Sign in required

signing in with Adobe ID is required to activate the software.

Enter your adobe ID to access your membership and register your product.

Sign in now

The problem is when I click on the "sign in blue button", it's coming a white screen inside the adoble licensing application and nothing more. I stay on this white screen and I can't enter the licence number to register it.

If you have a solution for me, it will be great.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please try the steps below and see if that works for you:

  • On the login window click Quit.
  • Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application. Sign out of the application.
  • Launch Acrobat and enter the credentials and check if that works for you.
