Impossible to save or save as - and to upload

Hi everyone,

I can't save my files at all. Only get a white window and nothing happens.

If I try to upload a file, I get another message : A document is now... see the capture. I don't need to do this but perhaps it helps to understand why I can't save?

Using last version of Acrobat Pro on MacOs Sonoma 14.4.
