In Acrobat werden Kommentare in mazedonisch nicht richtig angezeigt

Acrobat verschluckt folgende Buchstaben bei mazedonischen Kommentaren und zeigt sie einfach nicht an: ѝ und њ

We see that there are two platforms in the image. Please confirm the platform used, where the letter appears correctly in the comment.

Additionally, please confirm whether the text displays correctly when added directly to the PDF, rather than in comments. We are just confirming if this happens only when the comments are made.

Yes in Wave the letter appears in the comments correctly. After downloading the PDF including comments from Wave, the letter in the comments is gone. This only happens in the comments and not in the text of the product.

Hello Meenakshi

So far I've only noticed it with these two specific letters and only in Macedonian comments, not in other Cyrillic languages. We only have this problem now because we didn't work with Macedonia before. These letters are simply deleted without creating a space.

You can see that in the picture. On the left is the program where we receive the comments, and on the right is the downloaded PDF.

This is my macOS version: Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362).

Could you please share the screenshot or a small recording? Is this your first time trying this? Or it used to work fine.
