In-depth Classes / Tutorials on Building PDF Forms

I have been doing basic PDF forms using InDesign and Acrobat (Mac) but am interested in diving deeper and learning more complex configurations, etc. I have been searching but have only found basic calculation info/videos/tutorials. Any recommendations on any classes or tutorials that really cover it all in-depth?

PDF forms is a massively complex topic. I don't know of any teaching venues or classes on the topic, but hopefully some of our forms gurus will make some recommendations.

Are you making AcroForms or XFA forms (from LiveCycle Designer)?

For a basic reference, Ted Padova's PDF Bible is still on my personal reference shelf. Ted is now retired and Acrobat X was his last version, but this book is still relevant today for its sections on forms and scripts. https://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Acrobat-X-PDF-Bible/dp/0470612916
