In my fillable PDF form I have a character limit of 515 but can enter only 480. Please advise

Reader-extended PDF form with form fill-in and save - character count in fields shows 515 but can enter only around 480. Please help.

Keep in mind that spaces and even line-breaks also count as characters...

entering straight numbers 0-9 without breaks nor spaces - still +/- 480 when field set to 515
