In Page Sizing and Handling, Poster, Labels is there a way to enlarge the fonts?

I am printing a document that starts out as 8 1/2 x 11 onto several pages using Poster.

The labels are used to reassemble the pages:

(1,1) -1- Test.pdf 11/24/2016 11:14:56 AM

The standard font for the labels is Times Roman, 6 point.

I would like to increase the font.
