I have signed an agreement and it still appears under " in progress"

    Hi Sonia,

     

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

     

    We have checked the sceenshot attached and can see that there are two documents which shows as out for signature.

    When you send the document for signature to other recipients, the document will appear under "In Progress" folder even if you have signed it. Till all the signers do not sign the document, it will show under the same folder for you.

    Once the document is sined by all the signers, it will move under Completed folder.

     

    Let us know if this is not the case.

      Hi

       

      No that is the problem if you look at my "in progress" folder there are complete documents, as well as documents i tried to cancel.  it seems like there are a few documents that are not moving out of the "in progress" folder.
