Inconsistent Adobe Acrobat PWA user experience for ChromeOS

In ChromeOS, Adobe Acrobat PWA (or Adobe Acrobat web version) gives inconsistent user experience.
Free users are able to integrate other cloud storage devices by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > Add Storage > pick any cloud storage like OneDrive etc.
Licensed users with Adobe Acrobat Pro do not even see this OTHER STORAGE section. It does not make sense.

Adobe Acrobat support is even more problematic.
The first support person said: OTHER STORAGE is only available for Free users AND Enterprise subscription users. Anything in between DO NOT HAVE THIS OPTION.
The second support person said: That was mis-information, sorry. This is definitely a bug and we'll try to help you out! Then promptly disappear.
Inbetween trying to talk to someone who's actually from Adobe Acrobat support, you get transferred 3-5 times on average between customer service, tech support, sales, billing, until you finally reach someone who can see your ticket.

I Just received an update from Adobe engineering, via customer support. I see they just want to close this issue off.
Here is the summary so hopefully others wont have to talk to at least 10 support reps, and weeks of going around in circles and explaining the issue again and again:

This issue is only present in Adobe Acrobat Web and confirmed in different browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, MS Edge - also different Operating Systems: ChromeOS and Windows.

Issue: some users in Adobe Acrobat Web cannot add 3rd party storage (OneDrive or Google Drive) under Documents > OTHER STORAGE

1. Acrobat has a few account levels: FREE, Acrobat Pro for Teams, Acrobat Pro for Enterprise
2. Only the FREE accounts can add 3rd party storage (OneDrive or Google Drive) via OTHER STORAGE
3. Acrobat Pro for Teams does not have this functionality and this is the intended design.
4. Acrobat Pro for Enterprise also does not have this functionality, this is also intended design.

seems like Adobe only gave us one choice here.
