Incorrect color display in Acrobat DC

Hi from Hamburg!
Since about 1.5 weeks I have a problem with the color display in Acrobat DC. It seems that since an update the color management does not work anymore. All changes to the profile have no effect. Here a screenshot with the comparison PDF - ID. The display of the colors in ID is correct, in Acrobat it is oversaturated. The PDF is correct. When I import the PDF into InDesign, the colors are displayed correctly! The problem occurs by the way on two computers (WIN 10). Does anyone know the problem or even a solution?

Hallo Kay,

ich habe seit Wochen das gleiche Problem, ebenfalls auf WIN10. In ID und PS sind die Farben korrekt, in Acrobat übersättigt. Wirkt wie eine falsche Anzeige von CMYK-Daten als sRGB. Konntest du das Problem lösen? Habe schon alle Einstellungen überprüft. Mir fällt nur noch De- und Neuinstallation ein.

Hallo, Goldkatze,

bei mir war das Problem auf einmal verschwunden. Hast Du schon mal einen Neustart versucht oder die Presets zurück gesetzt? Neuinstalltion war bei mir nicht nötig.

Danke für deine schnelle Reaktion! Eine Verbesserung ist mir leider auch mit unzähligen Neustarts und Farbprofiländerungen nicht gelungen. Acrobat hat nicht mehr richtig auf meine Adobe-Farbeinstellungen zugegriffen, neue Profile wurden mir in den Acrobat-Einstellungen z.B. nicht mehr angezeigt.

Habe jetzt das ganze Programm de- und neu installiert. Alles wieder fein 🙂
