Incorrect Company Name

When I create a PDF in Word the following message appears in the top left corner of the document next to the Adobe logo (see attached);

PICA Corporation - Adobe Acrobat Pro

PICA is my old company and I've change the account name to my new company (The Fox Foundation) everyone I can find in settings.  Where can I go change this particular setting?
