Incorrect Saved Document Tab Title

Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 10:

Instead of the title assigned on saving as, the app tab title appears as 6F:46F:46F:46F ...

May I know the cause and the cure?

What does you see as title in the properties of the document?

The Title in the Description Tab for the file "Contract Damages" that I just tried to "Save As" is 1. That's all, just 1.
