Independent form fields when duplicating PDF pages – working solution

I have been working on the problem that duplicated PDF form pages in Adobe Acrobat often contain linked form fields.

If a page with form fields is duplicated, the fields keep the same names. As a result, an entry made on one page can also appear on the duplicated pages.

For my own work, I needed a simple solution where every duplicated page receives independent form fields automatically.

For this reason, I developed a small application called PDFMultiSeiten.

The application can duplicate PDF form pages and automatically rename the form fields on each new page. The position and layout of the fields remain unchanged, but every duplicated page receives independent form fields.

This has solved a problem for me that otherwise requires a lot of manual work in Adobe Acrobat.

I would be interested to know whether other Acrobat users have the same requirement and whether Adobe is considering adding a similar function directly to Acrobat.

If Adobe is interested, I would also be happy to demonstrate how my solution works.
