InDesign published to dashboard as PDF inline icons collapsing together with no spaces? WHY!

Question

I'm trying to publish an InDesign file to the publishing portal, but linked text icons in my headings are collapsing inline on top of each other. See here: https://indd.adobe.com/view/07d3e215-26a6-4a24-b158-326236a2b417

Have manually fixed page 5 and 6, but you'll see all the other pages, where there are headings for each supplier, the icons are collapsing.

This used to work, but nothing else has changed. What's broke Adobe?
