Thanks. So I started by creating a new pdf in Word which is blank. I then opened it in Acrobat, then searched tools for Index. I selected the Full Text Index with catalog, as I want to index several documents. I then get the attached error message.

I am using Mac OS 15.3.2

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20432

Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out.

Please share the steps you take and a screenshot of the message you get. Also, please share the Acrobat and Mac OS version numbers.

In the meantime, you may refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4kxu97k

We will get this behavior checked.

Thanks,

Hello, I am just following up. Is there no way to natively index multiple pdf files without using Rosetta? Thanks.

Hi @johnz81403577,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

We are now live with a new update (25.001.2084x), which includes multiple stability and performance enhancements.

Would you mind updating the app by going to Menu > Help > Check for Updates?

More information about it here: https://adobe.ly/3JWMKfB

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Souvik.
