Individual subscription vs Team

Good morning,

I used to have a team subscription whithin our small company. 

Recently, we stopped our team subscription and I subscribed individualy (same company email address) for adobe pro.

However, the services still do not work for my subscription. 

Would you please let me know how I can activate the icons?
