Inquiry About Using Adobe Acrobat in an Offline Environment(Internal network)
We are a bank based in London, operating both an internal network that is isolated from the external internet and an external network.
We recently learned about the "Shared Device Licensing" service and found that it allows Adobe products to be used on PCs that are not connected to the internet. From what we understand, this involves using the Adobe Licensing Toolkit to obtain a Challenge Key, which can then be registered with the Adobe Console to generate a package file that enables offline installation and usage of Adobe software.
Unfortunately, we discovered that this feature is only available to enterprise and educational institutions, which means we are unable to use it.
Until last month, we had a general Adobe Acrobat License, but it did not allow us to create package files for installation.
We need to use Adobe Acrobat in an offline environment where internet access is not available.
We have already contacted the Adobe sales team via email, but after asking for detailed information about available solutions, we have not received any response.
Could you please advise on possible options for using Adobe Acrobat in our offline internal network?
We would greatly appreciate your help.
