Insert file name as a header in multiple PDFs at once

I have 50 PDFs. I am trying to find a way to insert the file name (the name that appears when you look at the PDF in File explorer), as a header into each document using 10pt font. It would be ideal if I could have all the PDFs updated at once rather than opening each one, at a time. I need the header to update if I change the file title. I would appreciate any help as I’m new to Adobe. Thankyou
