Insert from File Issue

One of our employees is trying to add a PDF using Insert a File, but instead of placing the PDF where it is told (i.e. after page 2), it just puts it at the bottom. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi Hayley:

Even if that happens, you can open View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Page Thumbnails and then can drag the page up to the correct position.

Or, while you are in the Page Thumbnails navigation pane, you can select a page thumbnail, right click and choose Insert Pages > From File and then select where you want it to go. I've never seen it not go where I tell it to go.
