Insert Initials to Document viewed in Browser

We are using Sharepoint at work. When I get sent a link to a PDF document, it opens in my browser (Chrome and IE I've tried both). I can't see any option to digitally sign or insert initials in the browser version of Adobe. Is there any way to change this?
