Inserted file page larger than other pages

Question

I have Acrobat XI Pro.  Just recently, when I upload a scanned pdf document into a multi-page document, the existing page size goes down to 5% and the uploaded page is 100%.  I've checked my scanner settings and they haven't changed. I've tried several of the suggestions on the forums but haven't found a solution.  I want to be able to upload a single page into a document of several pages and have all of the pages stay the same size.

That's not how it works. When you add a page to a PDF it retains its original size. You can scale it after (or before) the fact, but it's not something that is done automatically for you when you combine files or insert one file into another.
