Inserted Stamps Not Working Properly

Hello All,

I have two clients with Acrobat Pro having lots of issues with stamps they are inserting. Sometimes the stamps will interset themselves upside down, and they are unable to get them inverted. Other times the stamp is unable to be selected as in clicking on the stamp and trying to move it causes the whole entire page to move. Sometimes the stamps will have large blue outline boxes around them as if they are for resizing, and other times it will select a tiny part of the stamp, but not the whole thing.

Anyone else experience these symptoms when inserting and moving stamps around? Seems to happen on random documents and not every single one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe as well as making sure the PC is up to date.
