Inserting Microsoft Bookmarks in PDF

I'm assisting with a law office that uses Microsoft Access as the backbone for their proprietary software.  Using this software, they assign bookmark fields that streamline the ability to pull information automatically into their letter templates and so forth.  For example, it will automatically populate names, addresses, etc.

Ideally, I'd like to have the functionality of a PDF form that also pulls those bookmarks from the Access server.  But everything I research seems to be talking about PDF bookmarks, which is not the same thing.

Any ideas?

I've asked it there too.  Just trying to cover both sides.
