Install Acrobat on XP virtual machine

Is there a way to install an old version of Acrobat on an XP virtual machine? I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and have many old versions that are no longer active. It doesn't need to be current, just convert some old files.

it might be possible but your more likely to be successful installing in win 7 using compatibility mode.

in either case, you can expect less than 100% functionality.
