Install Acrobat Pro

Trying to install acrobat pro, but it comes up with this message after over an hour of waiting. Have deleted & re- installed a number of times ?

exit acrobat

 

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

 

restart your computer

 

open the cc desktop app and check the status of acrobat.  if it's listed as "open", open it.  if it's listed as "install", sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app and install acrobat again.

Hi @Maria27020422ahza,

Did you use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for uninstallation. If not then give it a try, it does help in such scenarios.
