Install Acrobat Pro 2017 in windows 7

I have tried to install Acrobat 2017 in windows 7 but getting the no internet connection issue
Even though I have an another computer wth Windows 7 already running acrobat 2017 and working fine.
Also, when I tried to install the Creative Cloud all apps destop application, I am geting the error

Please help me with this @adobe
