Install Acrobat without Internet and AdobeID

We bought the program "Acrobat Professional 2017 Multiple Platforms Russian AOO License TLP". The computer does not have Internet. How to install and activate the software without Internet? During the installation I may include the Internet, but after installation, I'm forced to turn it off.

It seems you have a volume serial key so you can activate Acrobat on offline machines using a provisioning file generated on an online machine  via APTEE tool. Please refer ETK Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide

install and activate while connected.  after activation you can disconnect.
