I purchased Acrobat XI Pro and am changing machines. How can I download the program to reinstall on my new MacBook?

If you are talking about a recent new Macbook, you won't be able to install it all as it's no longer compatible with current OSs, and certainly not Apple Silicon (M1, etc).

I believe the last perpetual license version was Acrobat 2020, but that is no longer available for sale, so you will have to look at upgrading to the current subscription version.
