install on new computer
I just installed on a new computer. The software has my email address, my login, my account number and knows I have a license but it is saying I have a trial version and must buy. How do I address this?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to install acrobat on new computer, is that correct?
On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have perpetual license for acrobat pro dc for windows (upgraded)
Try following troubleshooting steps:
1- Uninstall Acrobat on the machiine.
2- Download and install Acrobat from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription
You need your Acrobat DC serial number to complete the installation.
3- Reboot the machine after installation and check.
