Install stalls at 1% Microsoft Windows 10 home

Followed all instructions, Acrobat starts to install and stalls at 1%.

Restarted system

Downloaded again

Same result

Non-Adobe forums are indicating this is a common issue, anyone here know how to resovle?

if dc, subscription? if not, did you download the installation files?
