Installation geht schief, Adobe Acrobat Version 24.1

Hallo,

 

ich versuche auf unseren Arbeitsplätzen Adobe Acrobat Pro zu installieren. Leider bricht die Installation ständig ab mit der Fehlermeldung: Creative Cloud Installer, Installation Failed. Please refer to PDApp.log for more information.

Leider komme ich nicht weiter.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3Up4dPd, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3JpL769 and see if that works.

Hello,

unfortunately it didn't help. I still get the same error message as described in the logs. I also wanted to mention that we use the Creative Cloud Installer.
