Installation of Acrobat DC stopped after 52% installed

Hi all,

 

Thank you for  reading this.

 

Had been trying over and over again installing acrobat DC wihout avail as it stopped at 52%. It always showed code error of 136. I had attached the screen print for your kind advice..

If the problem still persists please try the following steps and check if that helps

 

 

If it still persists, please create a new user profile with full admin rights and try installing the application there and check.

 

If it still persists, please collect the logs of the issue as described in the help article here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html) and share the logs with us for further investigation.

Owh ya.. I just split the Drive into C, D and E. Previously I tried to install Acrobat DC as well but unsuccessful as Drive C is full. Thus I split the drive and add memory to Drive C.
