Installed Lapture font not showing up in Acrobat Standard page

Hello, basic user here. I am working on a letter and have enabled Lapture font through desktop site. It shows up on one file in the Acrobat computer app but is missing in a new opened document. I have checked Preferences-Edit Text-scroll down menus but no.

Please let us know what you mean by "enabled Lapture font through the desktop site."

Did you check if the font is still available when you open that particular file for which it worked before?

Ensure that you have the editing rights for the font if it is on the machine.

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshots for the reference.
