Installing Acrobat DC on RDP server fails

Hi All,

Our medium size business wants to trial acrobat dc on one machine, with a view to roll out to multiple users further down the line. I spoke to sales who said buy a monthly account for the one user who wants to test it.

The user works using an rdp server which hosts around 20 users. Acrobat Reader is also installed on that system and will continue to be used by the other 19 users. My plan was to install Acrobat Pro DC on the server along side Reader, and only sign in as the 1 user using their plan. The others wouldnt even get a desktop shortcut.

However when i come to install the installer crashes as per the screenshot...

Any Ideas?

TIA

Thanks for your reply, but im not trying to use the cloud. I want both Reader and DC installed on one 2012 RDP server. Sales assured me this was possible...
