Installing Adobe Pro and getting message that i must upgrade my operating system or browser?

 I bought a copy of Adobe Pro about 3 years ago or so and have installed it onto my new laptio running in Windows 11 and adobe tells me to sign in and then tells me I need to upgrade my o/s and/or browser. I am running the latest version of Firefox. What can I do?

I ended up installing Adobe Pro 15 from my pc and downloaded the version from Adobe.com under my profile and it works!

What is Adobe Pro? Adobe is the name of the software company not the product. Please be more precise in what you're using.

 

Keep also in mind, that Windows 11 is propably newer than your software product, so the latter may not know how to handle it. You may have to run it in compatibility mode.
