Insufficient data for an image. ERROR

Could having the users %AppData%\Roaming folder effect Adobe so that this error occurs? We have multiple users affected by this error so I know it is something they all have in common. Tried: It is not the size of the files. The files open up and work properly but only for an hour before this error occurs. Any help is much appreciated!
