Insufficient memory error in Adobe Acrobat DC 2015

Hello,

I work with an MSP, and I have a customer that is experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat DC with the below version. It intermittently will throw an insufficient memory error when working with large PDF's.  I've browsed the boards and other parts of the internet and it doesn't appear that there is a solution in place.  I've confirmed the customer has the most up to date version of the software (2015.006.30495)  and he is still experiencing issues.  The software has been reinstalled and repaired and still no luck.  Is there any solution that I'm missing?

.

Thanks,

Josh

Can we assume you are running Acrobat 2015 on Windows?

No solution for the time being. It isn't the size of the PDF file that is generally the issue, but rather, the complexity of the pages (including very large numbers of vectors, very large and high resolution images, and complex transparency) combined with high resolution monitors. Stay tuned.

If you have a Mac available, you might advise as to whether these memory issues occur on that platform with Acrobat for these documents. MacOS Acrobat is now 64-bit.
