integration with Microsoft Excel

So when i have open the excel program and use the convert to PDF it stalls and takes forever to open in the adobe acrobat. what causes this, it used to be almost instant??

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this an issue with a particular Word file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

 

Also 'Convert to PDF' is an MS process to create the PDF. Please try to 'Convert to Adobe PDF' and see if that helps. You may also check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that works for you.

As stated this is with an Excel format in a windows environment
