Question

Interactive button roll-off not working in Acrobat Pro DC

Interactive PDF exported from InDesign CC are experiencing [Rollover] state bugs on interactive buttons.

Buttons with a [Rollover] state are not reverting to the [Normal] state on roll-off, but only when the cursor leaves the button from the bottom or right edge. It does work when the cursor leaves from the top or left edge of the button.

Issue is with Acrobat Pro DC Version 2018.011.2040, no version newer has been tested or installed anywhere in our office.

Issue is not present in Reader XI 11.0.20, or earlier versions of Acrobat.

Is there a solution to this problem -

So far as I'm aware, this was last elevated to an official Acrobad DC (not InDesign) 'Bug' (BUG: ADC-4261950). I unfortunately am not aware of a fix or a workaround.
