Interactive Forms with Embed codes instead of emailing forms or PDF attachments

Am I able to take a pdf and create a fillable form in Adobe DC, and have users interact/fill it out using Embed Codes?    All I have been able to do send it via email.  Even if I tried to connect the file path to Sharepoint for receiving the files back, tracking them, etc

We have a learning management system and want to digitize our New Hire Orientation pdfs.  Currently, we have a demo account with Right Signature (like DocuSign), to create the form and then we use an embed code to present the documents to users inside our online courses.

I just spent 2 hours reviewing all of the help docs, creating forms and trying to figure out a workaround  HELP! SOS  🙂

I would say to explore how to create webforms from a PDF using Adobe Sign.

If you want to deliver to your users a complete online experience, you may need to publish your PDFs as a webform. You may need an Adobe Sign business plan in order  to be able to use this feature though, not with the individual account.

The feature that I think would be most usefule in your case, is that you can embed a link to a PDF webform from within a webpage or even from another PDF webform.

Is this something that could work for you?

If interested, I posted these links for another user with a similar inquiry:
