Interactive PDF crashing when playing videos

I have an interactive PDF containing multiple video files. Some auto play and some click to play. All MP4 format. The file exports fine. About 560mb. File opens and presents great. Until it crashes (inconsistently) when landing on a page with video. There is no consistency to the crash. Meaning I can re-open and play the video on the page it crashed on just fine. But then a few pages later it will crash again. I have not had this problem until the latest CC update.

Has anyone experienced this and can anyone give some insight into what could be going on? Not sure if it is an InDesign export issue or Acrobat Pro viewing issue?

Thanks for your help.

Could be both, have you checked if you have configured the correct default player for this mp4 files in Preferences.

Also see if there is an issue indirectly related, like uninstalling and reinstalling the correct flash player plugin(32bit vs 64bit plugins)
