Interative PDF in full screen mode: Remove selection tools etc

Hi,

I have created a couple of interactive PDF's which will run on full screen on touch screens during a exhibition trade show. 
During the show the users are random visitors  of our booth.  They will use the interactive touchscreens to find out information about our products. 

I mentioned the visitor do get a small popup during the time they use the pdf's which is annoying. How can I disable them?
