Interleaving PDFs

Hi,

I rec'd a pdf with 2 pages scanned per page. I used the crop tool to split the pages in to left/right or odd/even. I know have 2 pdfs. I thought I would be able to combine the two separate files and select an "interleave" option. However, to my surprise I can't find anywhere that this option exists. Given the generous subscription fee I pay for your suite of products I'm assuming I am overlooking something. Can someone one point me to the "interleave" option in the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software?

There is none, sorry. You can do it using a script (also the first part of your task, splitting each page into two can be done using a script). If you search the forums you'll find various such tools, some free, some paid-for.
