Intermittent blocking / security warnings for certain web tools across networks

Hi all,

I’m running into a somewhat concerning issue and wanted to check if anyone else has seen similar behavior.

While testing a few online tools, I noticed that one particular site:
https://bratgeneratorapp.net/

works perfectly fine on some networks (like home/mobile data), but on other networks (especially office or filtered WiFi), it either doesn’t load properly or occasionally triggers security warnings / partial blocking.

What makes this confusing:

What makes this confusing:

  • The site loads normally on direct connections
  • No obvious malware or suspicious behavior when tested
  • Issue only appears on certain networks (possibly filtered environments)
  • Sometimes only parts of the page load, while other elements fail

This made me wonder if this could be related to:

  • DNS filtering or categorization issues
  • CDN or script-level blocking
  • SSL / certificate trust inconsistencies
  • Or something like network-level content inspection

Has anyone dealt with similar inconsistent behavior where a site works fine in one environment but gets partially blocked or flagged in another?

Any suggestions on how to properly diagnose this from a user perspective would be really helpful.

This kind of behavior is usually network-related rather than an issue with the site itself. Office or filtered WiFi often uses DNS filtering, firewall rules, or content inspection systems that can block certain scripts, CDNs, or categories of websites even if they’re safe.

To diagnose it, you could try:

    • Checking browser dev tools (network tab) to see what’s being blocked
    • Comparing DNS resolution between networks
    • Testing with a VPN to see if it bypasses the issue
    • Looking for SSL or certificate warnings in detail

If it only happens on specific networks, it’s very likely due to their security policies rather than the site.

Are you sure this is an Adobe Acrobat issue? Nothing in your question seems to relate to Acrobat, so you very likely posted in the wrong forum.
