Intermittent issues with sending files as attachments (Mac and Outlook)

Hello

We are having an intermittent problem where the blue "send as link" button/switch is grayed out. This keeps us from sending an Adobe Acrobat document as an attachment.  In settings, Outlook is setup as our default mail app and the box to send "as a link" is not checked. I've search the Internet and contacted Adobe chat support but nothing has helped. We use the Adobe Share button to start the process and it shows the default mail app as Microsoft Outlook but as I said above the "send as link" is sometimes grayed out which won't allow us to turn off "send as link". This keeps us from sending as an attachment. We are using the latest version of Acrobat and Outlook on the Mac platform. Thank you

Hi @Ashley38560420a6gk

Sorry for the troubled experience.
The switch is off if "Send as link" is greyed out. That should allow you to send a PDF as an attachment.

Ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated. To check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for updates.

Please record the workflow of the issue and share the version of Acrobat installed on your machine, and will review it. Also, let us know if your machine is personal or IT-managed.
