Internal Error Occured- Cannot open PDF- Program will open (even as admin)

There was an update today that I am assuming caused this error. I have started recieving "an internal error occured" and I cannot open any existing PDF's on my computer. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Adobe pro multiple times and then I did the same with Creatiev Cloud including using their remover tool. I checked the security tools as recommended in multiple articles and they are all set to full control. I now cannot even open the program as an admin. It was previously only opening to blank pages (no tools or info available) but now it just won't open. I need customer service assistance or some tech help as I use this all day for my job.

As you have already tried the reinstallation, please try collecting logs using the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/49xlYoC. If the application does not launch, you can download the tool from the button provided at the bottom of the help document. 

 

Please let us know if you can launch the application without any issues. If yes, the error appears when trying to open the PDF directly or from the application. Additionally, please verify if the issue persists with files from a specific folder. Try opening PDFs from a different folder or create a new test file.
