Internal hyperlinks like Table of contents, bookmark links dont work upon word to pdf conversion

When I convert a word file to pdf, whichever current document hyperlinks which I have converted dont work in pdf, they used to, that suddenly stopped working, please help

I have the same problem!!!! Just started happening yesterday and is causing a great delay in my work waiting for someone to fix the problem.....very annoying.

Please let me know if you find out what the problem is.
