Invalid serial number for Acrobat 10

My computer crashed and after searching for an hour I find Adobe 10, download it, (I bought it in 2013), and input my serial number. It says it is a bad serial number, but it is from my account page. How can I correct this?

Hi Brian,

I believe you are talking about Acrobat 10. You may have downloaded the wrong installer as the serial number for Acrobat Standard will not work on Acrobat Pro and vice versa. You may check the below link and try to download the right installer and check if that works.

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Adobe is the company name... what PROGRAM do you mean?

Did you download the installer that matches your serial number?

For example, you can't use a SUITE number to install an individual program, you must install the Suite
