Invalidated serial no. for Acrobat 11 Pro

My serial no. is correct but every time I try to reinstall acrobat pro 11 I get a DC screen wanting me to give it a serial no, there is no way I need to by new software when it was working fine until a problem with Corel X8 required resetting my system and I had all the necessary files

I was able to reset InDesign and it works fine but no matter what I try I am unable to get a workable version of 11 pro working and as I use both programs together most time what do I do

What evidence do you have that “Adobe invalidated (your) existing serial number?” What error message are you getting?

If you got an error message about “invalid serial number” that doesn't mean that your serial number was invalidated by Adobe.

One possibility is that you mis-keyed the serial number or entered the number for another product, not Acrobat 11. If you registered your products with Adobe, going to the Adobe website and checking with your account will show you the serial numbers for your products so that you can cross-check.

Since you mentioned InDesign, you should be aware that if your Acrobat 11 was part of one of the Creative Suite packages, Acrobat 11 Pro would need to be installed by the appropriate Creative Suite installer, not a standalone Acrobat 11 Pro installer.

Beyond that, we really cannot assist you here, especially if for some reason, what you believe to be a valid serial number has stopped working. You will need to directly contact Adobe Customer Support by phone for such issues.
